Family escalation plan — free template
Write down, in order: 1) senior's phone and best call time, 2) first family contact, 3) second family contact, 4) neighbor or friend with a key, 5) doctor's office number (not for emergencies). Keep one copy on the fridge and one with each family contact. This is a planning sheet only, not medical advice.
Emergency contact card — free, printable idea
One card for the senior's wallet: name, family contact name and number, doctor's office number, allergies if they choose to list them, and "In an emergency, call 911." Do not put passwords or bank details on it.
Daily check-in script — free sample
"Hi, this is Harbor Watch Care, just checking in. Press 1 if you are okay today. Press 2 if you would like a family member to call you back." Simple, short, and the senior never needs an app.
