How it works
- Sign up with an email. That starts 7 free daily check-ins for one senior.
- Consent call. We confirm with the senior that they want daily calls, before any daily calls start.
- Daily call. At the time you choose, we call. Your loved one just answers and presses 1. No app, no password.
- No answer? We try again at 15, 30 and 45 minutes, then contact the family contacts you picked, in order.
- Family sees it. The dashboard shows answered, late, or missed, with every try logged.
What it is not
Harbor Watch Care does not replace medical care, a personal alarm, or a caregiver visit. It is not an emergency service, and it never calls 911. Maryland Senior Call Check is free from the state and is a different, call-only option. Harbor Watch Care adds the family dashboard, the contact chain, reminders, and the weekly summary.
